An Excerpt from the Book Ah man! He was good! His big warm hands continued to drift over her shoulders in a slow, lazy motion. Both thumbs trailed leisurely along her exposed collarbone. Beneath his touch, she trembled and a soft smile touched his lips. “Admit it, sweetheart, you like looking at me as much as I like looking at you. There’s not a thing wrong with that. Matter of fact, I’m thinking it’s pretty right.” Sunny felt her body softening, relenting. How long had it been since a man had touched her? His thumbs stroking with such gentle finesse across her skin was so sinfully wonderful that she felt her lids grow heavy, her tongue grow thick in her mouth. “I didn’t look.” She was stunned to hear the shaky quality of her own voice. “Liar,” he whispered in response. “You were looking at me. Admit it.” “I was not.” “Oh, yeah, honey. You definitely were.” That shut her up! |
